<Domestic shipping>

There is no shipping charge until 31 January 2025.

This does not apply to items that have a separate shipping charge listed on the product page.

Delivery time

We will ship within 3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) after confirming payment.

If you have a specific date and time in mind, you can specify this from the shopping cart page.

Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to natural disasters, problems with social infrastructure, or other acts of God.

<International Shipping>

Once we have received payment, we will usually ship using EMS or international parcel post (airmail).

Example: EMS

EMS is a safe and convenient service for those in a hurry. You can track your package online. EMS shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination region. For example, if you send a 500g package from Japan to the following regions, the shipping costs will be as follows (¥=JPN=yen)

1. China, South Korea, Taiwan ⇒ 1,450 yen

2. Asia (excluding China, South Korea, Taiwan) ⇒ 1,900 yen

3. Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe ⇒ 3,150 yen

4. America (including overseas territories such as Guam) ⇒ 3,900 yen

5. Central and South America (excluding Mexico) and Africa ⇒ 3,600 yen

Notes

There is a possibility of delays in the delivery of international mail due to the continued decline in transport capacity in some countries and regions. In addition, there may be cases where delivery is not possible for countries and regions where transport routes have been cut off.

Please check the latest information from Japan Post and confirm whether or not it is possible to ship to your country of residence.
